Selling Polish Pottery is like selling art.  Since each pottery piece is handmade, supply is limited by the number of craftsman creating and decorating it, and by the time needed to accomplish such detailed work.

There will be differences from piece to piece - this is natural on hand made & painted items.

Wholesale Ordering: you may order using the current availabilty excel worksheetsheet (contact Jen for this), by email, or over the phone. Because of the great demand for Polonea Polish Pottery we are very busy ... and to keep prices down it's just the two of us doing the work of about 6 folks! We do our best to fill orders ASAP   We greatly appreciate your patience. Most in stock orders ship within a week container preorders take longer ( but inexchange you get the best selection at incredible prices! )

Wholesale orders are class specific, not pattern specific. Because of the handcrafted , handpainted nature of our product .. the availability list is constantly changing as such we do not do backorders. We always do our best to fill your order with the particular patterns you request, but will make substitutions of the same price range when the particular pattern you have requested is not in stock (Wholesalers agree to accept up to 20% Subs on orders - though subs seldom if ever reach that high! usually it's about 1-5%)   You may request patterns by code, or you can suggest larger themes, such as "blues," "greens," "holiday," "birds," et. Polonea has a large selection of beautiful pieces, so we're sure you'll be pleased.

Our stock is constantly changing.  Our pottery sells very quickly and we get new pottery in frequently.  Most container shipments are largely sold before they ever arrive -- so, if you see something you want in our current availability list, don't wait or it may be gone.

5. We are flexible on shipping arrangements.  Generally orders include shipping from Poland to Kansas City/Leavenworth.  Our buyers then only pay S&H from Leavenworth to their location--or many prefer to pick up in person at our warehouse, which is just outside of Kansas City, Ks.
   
6. We pay customs tax and handle the complicated customs paperwork here in Kansas as part of the price you pay for your pottery.
   
7. We will gladly help customers coordinate orders, so there is less duplicating of pottery--and that means less competition between our sellers, plus more variety for the end buyer.
